It's all very well saying that we are committed to locally grown
food, but how many times have you heard that from a restaurant?
However, unlike most restaurants we have two unique assets. First
we have access to 2 acres of land next to Farmer & the Fish and
second, the chef/farmer of Farmer and The Fish Michael studied
agriculture at SUNY Cobleskill. Starting our own farm and producing
really local food just makes sense to us. We want to keep visitors
up-to-date with news about our farm and the produce we are growing
so come back again soon.
